Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a colleague to join our team of transactional and financial consultants (TAF), who is not afraid to implement his/her ideas and would like to learn new things. Our TAF team aids clients by analysing a various set of need to achieve the best strategical solution for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for major private equity clients and for major companies.
• Process financial and tax due diligence and cooperate with other team members preparing legal due diligence.
• Participate in the preparation of transfer pricing studies.
• Assistance in compiling consolidated financial statements in accordance with CAS and IFRS.
• Participate in tax analyses and income tax calculations in cooperation with tax advisors of our TAF team.

Your ideal profile

• University education in economics (specialization in accounting, finance or taxes is an advantage).
• You enjoy analysing numbers and are finance/accounting/taxes oriented (or you are ready to learn).
• Experience with financial analysis or audit is an advantage (not a condition).
• You don’t like routine and repetitive projects
• You speak and write English at an advanced level; you have knowledge of Czech at a proficient level or a native speaker.
• You are a team player and at the same time you can work independently.
• You are friendly and communicative.
• And most importantly, you are not afraid of new challenges.
